Quaife’s range of gear levers and shift assemblies are specifically developed to improve shift quality, consistency and reliability compared to production items, with many popular fitments covered including Ford and Vauxhall.
For customers with Quaife sequential gearboxes, we have developed a reliable, lightweight LED digital gear position indicator to enable users to monitor which ratio they have selected. Simple, robust and well proven, it’s the ideal accessory to accompany any sequential installation.
Quaife is also delighted to offer a sophisticated, pneumatically operated paddle shift system for the popular 60G Type 9 replacement in-line sequential gearbox. Designed around a closed loop Gear Control Unit (GCU) operating system, it allows for seamless up and down shifts with full data logging capability.
Moving onto mechanical accessories, Quaife offers a range of driveshaft extension tubes for front wheel drive gearboxes, enabling the use of equal length driveshafts to simplify spares requirements for motorsport use.
In addition, Quaife has designed and manufactured a selection of lightweight suspension uprights, covering MacPherson strut fitments, specific RS 200 applications and units for universal use. Produced from LM25 alloy, these are available to special order only.
Quaife also caters for motorsport clients desiring lightweight, high strength rear hub kits for popular production vehicles including the Ford Focus Mk1 and the Honda Civic. Again, these units are produced to special order only.
Demand from engine tuners has prompted Quaife Engineering to develop a range of lightweight, strong, per vernier adjustment cam pulleys for popular Ford fitments including the Pinto and Cosworth YBT. Available in a choice of alloy or steel variants, it highlights Quaife’s ability to produce a range of diverse performance accessories design to deliver.
