In order to maximise acceleration and optimise top speed, rally, race and rallycross applications require lower gearing than any car manufacturer supplies as an original equipment fitment. This is why Quaife Engineering has developed a number of gearkit choices designed to suit a variety of motorsport disciplines, free from the compromises of road use.
