Over the last decade Quaife Engineering has worked actively with the global car manufacturing industry to deliver high technology traction solutions for today’s performance passenger cars.

As one of the UK’s leading specialist automotive engineering businesses, Quaife Engineering leverages the quality and timescale requirements of its motorsport clients into delivering medium to high volume production runs of its renowned ATB helical gear limited slip differential to some of the largest stakeholders in the automotive sector, including Chrysler, the Ford Motor Company and General Motors.

Quaife’s design office is equipped with the latest 3D CAD design and FEA software, helping to enable the swift transition from a virtual to a real component. Our design team is used to working in close conjunction with product development teams of major manufacturers, from initial concept through to evaluation and validation.

Downstream of the design phase, Quaife’s bespoke OEM production facility at Gillingham in Kent features 23,000 square feet of robotic, multi-pallet CNC machines, offering an unrivalled combination of speed, accuracy and manufacturing flexibility.

This enables Quaife to deliver OEM drivetrain components quickly, economically and beyond expectations, to exacting quality and delivery requirements. Backed with full Quality standard approval, Quaife’s advanced drivetrain solutions are proven to add value and performance kudos to OEM product lines, both in Europe and North America.
